Payment Terms

Upon submitting your application, a Connoisseur Golf representative will check the availability of your particular request and reply by e-mail within 48 hours. Should your chosen itinerary be available Connoisseur Golf will supply you with an invoice and suggest a time to call back in order to take credit card payment via phone. Mastercard and Visa are accepted forms of payment. 100% of the total cost of your itinerary is required to make your booking. When payment is complete your trip is officially booked and you will receive your personalized golfing itinerary along with your receipt.

Terms & Conditions

• All amounts sure under this agreement are denominated in British Pounds Sterling.
• Spaces on all golf packages will be sold on a first come first served basis.
• Connoisseur Golf will not be held responsible for any golfer being refused play on The Old Course at St Andrews due to that golfer not being in possession of the handicap requirements linked to on the application form.
• Cancellations must be reported to Connoisseur Golf by e-mail. Except as set forth below, all payments will be non-refundable. Penalties for cancellation are as follows. In the event the cancellation occurs more than 70 days prior to the arrival date the forfeit will be 50% of the payment, otherwise 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
  
• Connoisseur Golf recommends that you have luggage, accident and trip cancellation insurance. Connoisseur Golf will
  not be held liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, personal injury, illness or accident. It is important for your own self-interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate coverage.
• Connoisseur Golf will provide you with the services outlined in your personalized itinerary upon completion of booking. Connoisseur Golf will not be liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, changes or inconvenience caused by any
  force majeure or due to any events beyond the reasonable control of Connoisseur Golf. Connoisseur Golf will not be
  held liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident or illness on any
  vehicle or at any place throughout the tour.
