Overview

This beautiful little hidden gem gives us everything that you would wish from a remote local members club that boasts stunning views and a very warm welcome. Only 9 holes, but different tees can be used on the second loop to give a fresh look second time around. The committee and greenkeeper (note the singular term) work extremely hard to keep the fairways and greens in good condition. The Isle of Skye Golf Club may well be the only course in the world to have its holes named in Gaelic. You're not playing here for Augusta style conditioning, nor will you see a bag drop or starter. But you are here for something that little bit different. 9 (or 18) holes played against some of the most breathtaking beauty imaginable. Then make your way to neighbouring Portree for a world class lunch over which to discuss your round of golf in its purest form.
